Application and use
Adhesive 93K has been specially developed for deep-freeze applications. Initial tack on frozen surfaces of -20°C is excellent. Adhesion is equally good on damp surfaces. With ambient temperatures, both initial tack and final adhesion are excellent on unpolar surfaces such as PE and PP films.
Processing
Good die-cutting characteristics on all usual machines. Excellent printability with UV printing inks.
Storage conditions and shelf life
Storing at a temperature of 20 ± 5 °C, a relative humidity of 45 ± 5 % and a dark storage is recommended. Moisture, heat and direct sunlight have to be avoided.
Regulations concerning contact with food
All ingredients of adhesive 93K comply with recommendation FDA 21 CFR 175.105 (Adhesives).
